Update ClustalO to version 1.2.4

Update Clustal Omega from the currently used version 1.2.1 to the recent version 1.2.4. If possible, this should be done on all operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux. 

Note that earlier versions of the program executables are only available on the http://www.clustal.org/omega/ website: for Windows - 1.2.2, for macOS - 1.2.3. If it's possible to do quickly enough build version 1.2.4 for these systems, otherwise use 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 correspondingly.
