The new search-on-type feature in MSA Editor works very slow on large alignments
For example: open 10000_sequences.aln file and try to start the search. It takes about 1 minute for the search to complete.
If a user modifies the alignment: enters a gap or reorders it the search is automatically restarted causing +1 minute 100% CPU hit.
