UGENE adds extra 'bad-characters' column to the alignment from ClustalO site

      Description

      The file 'web-clustalo.aln' was copied from the ClustalO web site.

      When the file is opened by UGENE there are 2 blue empty columns filled with a space character. This is incorrect behavior.

      UGENE must not treat trailing spaces in ALN format this way.
