Welcome page should not show links to non-available files/projects

      Description

      If any of the recently opened files or projects is removed Welcome page still shows them in the list.

      When a removed project is clicked -> an empty project with no documents is opened

      When a removed file is clicked -> "Failed to detect file format"  error is shown.
