"Load patterns from file" doesn't recognize the pattern if it contains lowercase letters

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open human_t1.fa
      2. Open Find Pattern bar on the Options Panel
      3. Check "Load pattern from file" radiobutton
      4. Select file "pattern_with_uppercase_letter.txt with content "TTGT"
        Actual state: "Results: 1/2317"
      5. Select file pattern_with_lowcase_letter.txt with content "ttgt"
        Expected state: "Results: 1/2317"
        Actual state: No any selection
