Change BLAST+ run arguments in the Sanger alignment

BLAST+ runs with the "megablast" task option and with the window size equals to 28 nucleotide. In this case, extended alphabet characters are allowed, but interpreted as mismatches. In the result, if a read contains symbols from the extended alphabet and the window size is big enough, read will be filtered  during the "BLAST+" execution.

To avoid the problem is offered to set up BLAST+ algorithm to "blastn" and the window size to 11.
