Help button doesn't work in "Export project" dialog

      Description

      Help button doesn't work in "Export project" dialog. Link points to "Page not found" page.

      In previous UGENE versions the link pointed to the beginning of the reference guide "Unipro UGENE Online User Manual". If select "Export project" in search field link points to https://ugene.net/wiki/display/UUOUMF34/Exporting+Project page.

      Also there is no Russian translation for warning after project changing. See attached picture.
