Crash on "Empty Recycle bin" in ugene shared database

Scenario:

1. Click "File -> Connect to UGENE shared database...".
2. Add "ugene-quad-ubuntu" database
3. Call context menu on Recycle bin
4. Select "Empty Recycle bin" from context menu
5. Click "Yes" in "Confirm Deletion" dialog
   Expected result: Recycle bin is empty
   Actual result: Crash

   Trying to recover from error: Not an object, id: [Id: 0, Type: 0, Extra: ], type: 0 at src\dbi\DbiConnection.cpp:70
   Assertion failed: 0, file src\dbi\DbiConnection.cpp, line 70
   

Note, that in UGENE 34.0 release deletion is also not performed and the following error message appears:
"[16:19:45] 'Delete folders' task failed: Not an object, id: [Id: 0, Type: 0, Extra: ], type: 0"
