      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the attached file. 
        Expected result: the only sequence in the alignment contains Russian symbols in the name.
      2. Click right button on the alignment object, "Export/Import -> Export object", select the "CLUSTALW" format and click "Export".
        Expected result: the result file contains the same name as the original one.
        Actual result: Russian symbols were exported as "?".
