SPAdes doesn't work on Debian

      Description

      SPAdes doesn't work on Debian (I used the latest Debian version downloaded from here - https://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/, the direct link for the package is -
      https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-dvd/debian-10.4.0-amd64-DVD-1.iso).

      When I run SPAdes, an error occurs:

      == Error ==  system call for: "['/home/debie/Desktop/SPAdes-3.14.1-Linux/bin/spades-hammer', '/home/debie/Desktop/res3/corrected/configs/config.info']" finished abnormally, OS return value: -11

      I wrote to the SPAdes support, and they recommended to build SPAdes from the source code.

      It helped, but in UGENE the officially provided SPAdes is used, thus the tool doesn't work "out of the box".
