UGENE crashes in "Pairwise alignment" for big alignments

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Open big.aln file (attached + can be found in "_common_data/clustal" folder)

      2) Select the first column

      3) Click on "Pairwise alignment" tab in options panel

      4) Select "Smith-Waterman", SW_Classic variant

      5) Click "Align"

      Current result:  UGENE crashes

      Expected result: UGENE does not crash and shows meaningful result to user.
