Add Convert RNA<->DNA functionality to the MSA Options Panel

The "RNA<->DNA" conversion utility should be available  from the Options Panel.

The Options Panel of MSA Editor has "Alphabet" widget that shows basic information about the current alignment alphabet. 

Add "RNA<->DNA" conversion button into the widget for DNA/RNA alignments.
