Keep MSA sequence names unique on "copy/paste" and "add-from-file" operations.

When copying and pasting MSA regions in MSA editor the pasted sequence name should not be equal to the original sequence name.

The pasted sequence name should be different but still related to the original sequence.

The simplest solution could be is to roll the result sequence name.
