      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the "Tools -> NGS data analysis -> Reads quality control..." workflow.
      2. Set "test/general/_common_data/cmdline/external-tools-support/spades/ecoli_1K_1.fq".
      3. Run workflow.
        Expected result: the workflow finishes without errors.
        Actual result: error "Result file does not exist".
