"Cut" option in MSA

First scenario:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select the first sequence
3. Press Ctrl+X
4. Press Ctrl+V

Expected state: the sequence pasted under the first sequence

Second scenario:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select (0, 0, 4, 2) rectangle
3. Press Ctrl + X
4. Press Ctrl + V

Expected state: the selection pasted under the Isophya_altaica_EF540820 sequence
