Sort selected rows region by name and by length in MSA

Scenario 1:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select the first 5 sequences
3. Sort–>by name

Expected state: the selected sequences are sorted, the order of the other sequences is not changed

Scenario 2:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select the first sequence
3. Sort–>by name

Expected state: the order of all sequences is changed

Scenario 3:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select the first 5 sequences
3. Sort–>by length

Expected state: the selected sequences are sorted, the order of the other sequences is not changed

Scenario 4:

1. Open COI.aln
2. Select the first sequence
3. Sort–>by length

Expected state: the order of all sequences is changed
