      Description

      Scenario.

      1. Select "Tools->NGS data analysis->Extract consensus from assemblies..."
      2. Set "samples/Assembly/chrM.sam" as input
      3. Click Run
        Expected state: in developer version UGENE has no crashes, in release version the schema has no errors.
        Current state: in debug mode abort() has been called and the log has the following errors
