No warning about the impossibility of saving the project

Scenario.

1. Create a folder "FolderWithoutWritePermission"
2. Deny writing to this folder
3. Open UGENE
4. Create a new project (File->New project...)
5. In the "Create new project" dialog enter <path to the folder>\proj.uprj in the "Save project to file" field
6. Click "Create"
7. Open any file, for example "samples\FASTA\human_T1.fa"
8. Close UGENE
   Expected state: there will be a warning message about the impossibility of saving the project to the folder and a suggestion to save the project to ~\Documents\UGENE_Data
   Current state: UGENE is closed and the project is lost
