Fix classes locations in "ov_msa"

      Description

      Now everything connected to Alignment Editor view (both Sequence and Chromatogram) is in the "src/corelibs/U2View/src/ov_msa" folder. Unfortunately, there is no systematization in this folder. It's required to relocate files, split Ma, Msa and Mca to different folders. The exact way of splitting has to be discussed additionally.
