Copied MSA region should be pasted with no sequence name (like before v37)

The original Vector Best request was to keep sequence names when copy/paste is used  for the alignment regions in UGENE.

To make it possible starting from the version 37 we changed the clipboard content from RAW text to FASTA format which has names.

However this is affected how the copied sequences are pasted into external text editors and spreadsheets.

We have a feedback from our users to return the original behavior with external tools back, but keep the behavior inside of the UGENE with sequence names preserved.

This can be possible if we will use 2 different MIME types for the copied region in the clipboard: one known by UGENE with the sequence names inside and one 'text/plain' as before.
