      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "COI.aln"
      2. Build tree with Phylip and display it in MSAEditor
      3. Push Print icon in the tree window
      4. Select Microsoft Print to PDF
      5. Click Print button
      6. Push Cancel in "Select Print output as" dialog
        Unexpected error message in the log 
        [ERROR][19:12] QWin32PrintEngine::begin: StartDoc failed, document "document1" (The operation completed successfully.)
