xcbglintegrations QT plugin is critical for Linux distribution, because without this plugin OpenGL images (biostruct3d) are not rendered correctly in VirtualBox / Xvfb environments
So anyone who uses UGENE on virtual machines or in a semi-artificial X11 mode won't see 3D widgets: the widgets will be transparent.
We have this problem with our Nightly testing on Linux where no 3D images were rendered until this point. This problem was revealed by https://ugene.dev/tracker/browse/UGENE-7099 (when I re-wrote the test_5295)
