Scenario 1
- Make sure the clipboard is empty. Otherwise, restart your Mac
- Open COI.aln
- Select first sequence by clicking on its name
- Press ⌘+C, ⌘+V
Expected: first sequence is repeated
Current: nothing changes in MSA, and there is an error in the log "UGENE can not recognize current clipboard content as one of the supported formats." - In Project tree, enter "AA" in the Search bar and cut this text
- Select the first sequence in MSA and press ⌘+V
Expected: the second sequence in MSA is "clipboard AA"
Current: "clipboard_X.seq" has been added to the project - Return to MSA
- Select the "Actions" menu item (expand it)
- Click on an empty place in project view and press ⌘+V
Expected: "clipboard_X.seq" has been added to the project
Current: the sequence inserted into MSA
Scenario 2
- Copy "AA"
- Open COI.aln
- Select first sequence by clicking on its name
- Hide UGENE or switch to another app
- Return to UGENE
- Click on an empty place in project view and press ⌘+V
Expected: "clipboard_X.seq" has been added to the project
Current: the sequence inserted into MSA
