Remove 'Download manual' link from the main menu

      Description

      UGENE has 2 options in the help menu:
      1) Open online doc.
      2) Download pdf manual.

      The PDF manual is a huge (100+ mb, 1k pages) file that is slow to download/open, has very limited navigation and no real benefit for printing as a whole document.

      This file won't be supported anymore (unless there will be a volunteer), so this link should be removed.
