Scenario
- Settings->Preferences...->Reset settings to default
- Reopen UGENE
Expected: there are no error messages in the log
Actual:
[Tasks][ERROR][13:45] T-Coffee validate task failed: Can not find expected message.
It is possible that the specified executable file C:\Program Files\Unipro UGENE 38 online test\tools\tcoffee\t_coffee.bat for T-Coffee tool is invalid. You can change the path to the executable file in the external tool settings in the global preferences.
