      Scenario:

      • Open sample "In silico PCR" in Workflow Designer
      • Select "Read Sequence", add "\general\common_data\cmdline\pcr\junction"
      • Select "In Silico PCR" item, add "\general\common_data\cmdline\pcr\primers_anns_1"
      • Run
