      Description

      When I run manually the GUI test scenario for 1154 does not work: none of the reads can be mapped to the alignment.

      The same true for version 38, 37, 36...

      I think that the test passes as a part of our GUI test suite in Teamcity only because of the side effect of non-initialized fields in one of the NGS subtasks.

      Reproducer:
      Repeat scenario from 1154 locally and see that it does not work
