      Description

      Open any alignment and open "Align sequence(s) to this alignment" popup menu. There are two types of alignments - "Align sequence..." and "Align alignment...". The problem is then the dialog to choose file appears, you can choose any file. It's required to add sequence filters to "Align sequence..." dialogs and alignment filters to "Align alignment..." dialogs. Also, add "All files" filter. The default filter should be "FASTA" for sequence and "CLUSTALW" for alignments.
