Document::findGObjectByNameInDb(const QString &name) function does not work

Function Document::findGObjectByNameInDb(const QString &name) should select all objects from a database with name 'name', but currenly it finds only objects with type 'U2Type::Unknown', so the function does not work. Fix it and replace finding of the object with this function in "OpenAssemblyBrowserTask::open()"
