There is a dialog for "Map reads to reference..." algorithms
In this dialod you need to set 1) reference path, 2) result file name, 3) short reads.
The problem is the following:
1) Set these 3 parameters and close dialog
2) Open the dialog again and change reference path to the different value
3) It seems that result file name must be changed according to the path of the new reference path
