Make result table visible if nothing has been found

Scenario 1:

1. Open tab and click "Start".
   Expected: nothing has been found, but the result table has appeared.

Scenario 2:

1. Open tab , set minimum melting point to 53 and click "Start".
   Expected: results have been found, the result table has appeared
2. Restore minimum melting point to 57 and click "Start"
   Expected: nothing has been found, but the result table has appeared (but without results).

Tip: the behavior of this table should be as the behavior of the result table from the "In silico PCR" tab, so if you have some misunderstandings, firstly, look there.
