Add dimer melting temperature to self- and hetero- dimer reports

The "getFullReport" function has been moved from the "PCR"plugin. This report shows two parameters - deltaG and dimer's length(Base pairs). But, we need the third one - Dimer's melting temperature. Create another function (don't change the above-mentioned "getFullReport", cuz it's been using by the "PCR"plugin and it's not good to change the current behavior), which has this parameter.

Create this function and use everywhere in the "PCR Primer Design"plugin
