Mouse selection & scrolling do not work in Sequence View for large (>2gb) sequences

To reproduce:
1) Open any sequence with a size > 2Gb
2) Try to select a range with a mouse above 2Gb boundary -> it won't work
3) Enable wrap mode in DetView and try to use vertical scroll to go beyond 2Gb boundary: it won't work neither

UGENE should visualize/nagigate large sequences (3-100Gb) with no issues and open them instantaneously with no extra memory usage when a sequence is stored in UGENEDB format.
