Crash while reading annotations from emb file in WD

1. Open WD
2. Add "Read Annotations" element to the Scene.
3. Set data/samples/EMBL/AF177870.emb as element input.
4. Run workflow.
   Expected: the workflow task has been finished successfully, no errors in the log, **annotations have been read.
   Current: the workflow task has been finished successfully, but there is SAFE_POINT in the log:
   [ERROR] Trying to recover from error: Unsupported format operation at C:\BuildAgent\work\release\ugene\src\corelibs\U2Core\src\models\DocumentModel.cpp:314

If run multiple times, it will crash.
