Sanger document is not considered as modified after changing

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open an data/samples/Sanger/alignment.ugenegb.
        Expected result: In the Project View the document and its object have black font.
      2. Select "SZYD_Cas9_5B70" line and push Space, select 6296 position
      3. Push Space button
        Expected result: Gap is inserted, in the Project View the document and its object have blue font.
        Actual result: Modified document is still has a black font.
