      Description

      The first version of IQTree tool should include:

      • IQTree tool should be supported by UGENE as a known external tool.
      • A dedicated UI option and configuration dialog to call the IQTree algorithm for any alignment opened in UGENE.
      • A tree visualization for tree files produced by the IQTree tool.
      • A tested version of IQTree is provided out of the box as a part of the external tools package of UGENE.
