      Description

      Some NGS external tools were removed in Ugene v.41: Kraken, Clark, Diamond, Vewote.
      Menu items which should be excluded:

      • Tools->NGS Data Analysis->Metagenomics classification
      • Tools->NGS Data Analysis->ChIp-Seq data Analysis

      Workflow examples which should be excluded:

      • De novo assembly and contig classification
      • Parallel NGS read classification
      • Serial NGS read classification
