[Sequence] Numerical overflow in Region Selection

      Description

      1. Open ugene@ugene-quad-ubuntu:/home/ftp/data/Generated/2GbSeq.fa and wait for the Sequence View to appear.
      2. Press Ctrl+A; the "Region Selection" dialog appears.
      3. Set 1-483650 region.
      4. Click Go.
      5. Press Ctrl+C.
      6. Deselect the selection by clicking on an empty space in Sequence View.
      7. Press Ctrl+I; the "Insert Sequence" dialog appears.
      8. Paste the sequence in LineEdit.
      9. Click OK.
      10. Wait for the sequence length to be equal to 2 147 483 650.
      11. Press Ctrl+A.
        Expected: max=2147483650.
        Current: max=-2147483646. The OK button is not pressed even if the correct region is set.
      12. Close dialog.
      13. Press Ctrl+I.
        Expected: Position to insert=1.
        Current: -2147483645.
