- Open ugene@ugene-quad-ubuntu:/home/ftp/data/Generated/2GbSeq.fa and wait for the Sequence View to appear.
- Press Ctrl+A; the "Region Selection" dialog appears.
- Set 1-483650 region.
- Click Go.
- Press Ctrl+C.
- Deselect the selection by clicking on an empty space in Sequence View.
- Press Ctrl+I; the "Insert Sequence" dialog appears.
- Paste the sequence in LineEdit.
- Click OK.
- Wait for the sequence length to be equal to 2 147 483 650.
- Select the entire sequence in the Sequence zoom view.
- Actions->Export->Export selected sequence region... The "Export Selected Sequence Region" dialog appears.
- Click Export.
Current state: after a while, it will crash.
