Expected: "Quality Control by FastQC Wizard" appears. - Set data/samples/FASTQ/eas.fastq as input.
- Click Run.
- Wait for the workflow to complete.
- Click Tools->NGS data analysis->Build index for reads mapping...
Current state: incorrect "Build Index" dialog appear.
Mac only bug. Ditto to
- run "Extract consensus from assemblies..."+open "Convert UGENE assembly database to SAM..."
- "Digest into fragments..."+"Construct molecule..."
