      Description

      Scenario:

      1.  Load COI.aln
      2.  Select "Multiline View" button on the main menu
      3. Vertical scroll bar appears
      4.  Move vertebral scroll bar down
        Expected state: sequences move down  on the screen
        Actual state: sequences move to the right
