Crash when opening a file while closing UGENE

The current version 41 repeats the old bug 4020.

1. Make sure there is no open project.
2. Open _common_data\fasta\PF07724_full_family.fa
3. Press shutdown button "х" in the right corner.
   Expected state: "Save current project?" dialog appeared.
4. Press Yes in the dialog.
5. Press Save in "Save project as" dialog.
6. Press Yes in the dialog with a message that the project exists.
7. After the dialogs disappear and UGENE starts to close, press Ctrl+O (approximately when the progress of the "Shutdown" task will be 87 or 100). The "Select files to open" dialog will appear.
8. Press Cancel in the opened dialog.
