In some cases, after a crash, the system crash handler is called instead of UGENE crash handler.
- Remove ,ini file and run UGENE version 42.0
- Execute scenario from
UGENE-7584 - System program appears instead of UGENE crash handler. See the first attachment
Close application. - Don' remove ,ini file and run UGENE again.
- Open human_T1.fasta from recent files
- Select Align->Align sequence to mRNA from context menu
- In "Select Item" dialog expand human_T1 and select corresponding sequence
- Push OK -> "Save result to annotation" dialog appeared
- Click Create button in "Save result to annotation" dialog
- MyDocument.gb with created annotation appears in the Project tree
- Select Annotations in MyDocument.gb in the Project tree and remove it by Del button
Ugene crash handler appears!
