CRASH if Sanger reads contain gaps or "N"s only

Scenario

1. Open WD, choose "trim and map Sanger reads" sample.
2. Add "_common_data\sanger\regerence.gb" as reference.
3. Add the attached file as the only read.
4. Click "Run"
