Relate data files such as *.fa, *.aln with UGENE on Linux version

This problem happens only on Linux. (and perhaps Mac? I don't know)

After install UGENE on Windows, it can automatically relate data files, such as *.fa, *.aln (just like files listed on data/samples/ directory) with UGENE, which is very convenient. However, this doesn't work on Linux. After installation, data files are remain raw texts and I can't open it with UGENE on a context menu. I must lauch UGENE first, and then load the data file.
