Crash 2011. I found a similar bug in a v1.26.1 crash report, but this crash may have existed before.
- Duplicate _common_data/ugenedb/chrM.sorted.bam.ugenedb.
- Open duplicate.
- Type "chr" in the search field in the project view.
- Wait for the filtration. Found 1 result. Select it.
- Click the cross in the search field in the project view.
- Close the chrM tab.
- Rename the file in the storage from "chrM.sorted.bam.ugenedb" to "Renamed.ugenedb".
- UGENE displays the message "File Modification Detected". Click OK.
- Rename the file back to "chrM.sorted.bam.ugenedb".
- Open it in UGENE again.
Current state: crash.
Such crashes have "Found n changed doc(s)!" towards the end of the log, there is also ProjectTreeController::sl_updateActions on the stack.
