      Description

      Scenario:
      1. Build/open phy-tree in MSA editor
      2. Check that sync mode is enabled.
      3. Switch to Circular or Unrooted mode.
      4. Check that sync mode is still enabled.
      5. Collapse some nodes: check that collapsing state is also synchronized
