Crash in Primer3 if set Exon range on PT-PCR tab

Bug discovered on  ugene-44.0 with crash report 25179.
Scenario:

1. File->Access remote database...
2. In the dialog set Resource ID: NC_051342.1 and click OK
3. In opened sequence NC_051342.1 call Select sequence region dialog from context menu
4. Select region 53903339-107810715 and click OK
5. Call Export->Export selected sequence region from context menu
6. Set File format=GenBank  and click Export button in the dialog with default settings
7. NC_051342_region1.gb is opened
8. Call Analyze->Primer3 from context menu
9. In the Primer3 Designer dialog select PT-PCR tab
10. Check in main checkbox and set Exon range: 1424-1606
11. Click Pick primers button
