- Load common_data/clustal/align.aln
- Select WA
- Select first sequence
- Select Export->Move selected rows to the another alignment->Create a new alignment from context menu
- Add file name Test.aln and click OK

Actual state: new alignment Test.aln in the project in WA mode with 5 parts of sequences? where 3 last parts are identival - Select WA twice
