Open COI.aln
Open the OP's "Statistics" tab.
In this tab
1. click the ">" button,
2. check the "Show distances column" box,
3. check the "Exclude gaps" box.
Repeat the following steps until crash:
1. Click "Wrap mode" several times.
2. Select the first character.
3. Press Delete.
4. Click "Wrap mode" several times.
5. Open the OP's "General" tab.
6. Click "Wrap mode" several times.
7. Select the first character.
8. Press Delete.
9. Click "Wrap mode" several times.
10. Open the OP's "Statistics" tab.
